All content made available through the Services—such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software—is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only. Certain features or subscription tiers may require payment of fees, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in your selected currency and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or transaction fees, which you agree to pay. We use reputable third-party payment processors; thus, we do not store your full payment credentials. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account, and you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method.
Subscription-based Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting our billing support. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law or specified in a promotional offer. If we increase subscription fees, you will be notified at least thirty days in advance, and you may cancel without penalty before the new pricing takes effect.
While we strive to maintain high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may need to perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates, which could result in temporary service outages. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from any interruption, malfunction, or connectivity issues. If extended downtime occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through in-app alerts or via email.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or free from harmful components such as viruses or malicious code. You assume all risks associated with using the Services, including reliance on their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THESE PROVISIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) your use of the Services, or (iii) any content you submit or share through the Services. This obligation survives termination of your account and the expiration or termination of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or otherwise jeopardized the security or integrity of our platform. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be exclusively brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms at our discretion by updating this page. We will provide notice of material changes through an in-app notification or email to registered users. Your continued use of the Services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
